Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If there’s a problem, we’ve got your back.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• You contact us first at info@grndstate.com with your order number

Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is genuinely damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Important notes:

• Damage must be due to manufacturing or delivery issues
• We do not cover damage caused after delivery
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
